Very sorry to hear of Tad's passing. We've know Tad sense the early 80's. We were neighbors when we lived on Allen Center Road for years. He and his family provided so much fun and you could count of him to always help and provide a good laugh. Our memories included Halloween parties, Christmas progressive dinners, follies, being our veterinarian, and yes a fill in EMT so to speak when Gary was hurt on our property while riding a three wheeler. Tad will be missed by many. Our hearts and prayers are with the family in this difficult time.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Tad was a truly a remarkable individual. He always showed so much concern and care for my animals. I recall when my dog was reaching the end how he stood there discussing her condition with tears running down his face. He truly was a great vet and a wonderful person. He had a good sense of humor and a pleasant demeanor. My prayers go out to his family I’m so sorry for your sudden lose.

Please accept our sincerest condolences. It is thanks to Dr. Sullivan, that Hospets was able to get up and running and providing assistance to pets of senior citizens in Union County. Without his assistance in the early days, it never could have happened. He was a wonderful, caring man and poured so much of himself into the animals and people he helped. His kindness and compassion will live on.

Our deepest sympathy to the wife, family and loved ones of Dr.Sullivan. Fergus, our cairn terrier, was cared for by Dr.Sullivan and staff. Dr.Sullivan had such a nice energy about him and his love of animals was evident. At our last visit with him, he spoke of his passion for helping animals beginning at a very young age and he seemed happy to be continuing his work into retirement. Thank you, Dr.Sullivan, for your care of Fergus. We wish you and your family peace and will keep you all in our prayers. -The Archy Family

This is truly a profound loss. From our high school days on, I have known, enjoyed and respected Tad immensely. His kind soul and playful spirit could be a disarming happy face on a man of deep dedication and strong commitment to his family, his principles and his craft. As I see it, all who knew him (whether two legs or four) are far better off for having done so. My deepest sympathies to Susie and the entire family. May your loving memories of Tad bring you some measure of comfort during these most difficult times.

We are so saddened by Tad's passing. He was a wonderful boss to many dedicated employees, a super vet with tons of compassion and a good friend! I will never forget bringing in our new schnauzer puppy for the first time. He took her right out of my arms and carried her around for the longest time. It was so obvious how much he loved animals. We will never forget him and the countless lives he saved. Our prayers go to Susan, Ashley, and Chris. God be with you all.....Sandy Burns

I so enjoyed Tad's company at Ohio State with Pershing Rifles. Fortunately, he never accidentally stabbed me with the bayonet on his Exhibition Drill Team rifle. He was always a gentleman and a patriot and will be missed.
