Rachel and Rhonda, I am so sorry for your loss and I want to give you my deepest sympathy and sincere condolences. I got to work with Rick back in the late 90’s at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Rick also took me to Ironton to ride 4 Wheelers down where he grew up. He treated me very well and I was glad I got to know him. I am truly sorry for your loss. Take care!
