Nicholas Andrew “Nick” Mudgett, age 31, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Nicholas was an amazing son, brother and uncle. Known for his culinary skills, he could “lay it down” in the kitchen. With a passion for “mise en place,” he also had a knack for food presentation. Music of all genres brought Nick much happiness. He had a passion for acquiring “old school” collectibles. He had a special appreciation for his Snapper “Forest “Gump” lawnmower and his 1994 850 Volvo. His sense of humor brought many smiles and years’ of laughter. His other hobbies included dirt biking and fishing with gardening and nature his ultimate passions. Nick had a special bond with his nephew, Leo, his sister, Chelle and his brother, Jack. In this season of Easter, Nick’s spirit is renewed- he will be missed. But in the reuniting in heaven with his brother, Michael, Nick’s family is reassured they are together in peace. He was born April 24, 1989 in Marysville. He was predeceased by his brother, Michael Mudgett and his cousin, Mark Sabo. He is survived by his parents, Jane Mudgett and Patrick Mudgett, both of Marysville; his sister, Michelle “Chelle” (Logan Fischer) Mudgett and their son, Leo, of North Lewisburg; his brother, Jack Latham of Marysville; many other relatives; and his close circle of friends in the AA community. Graveside services will be 12 noon Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Oakdale Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.underwoodfuneralhome.com.
