She was born August 19, 1922 in Milford Center, Ohio to the late Charles and Ottelia Cooperider Lowry and was also predeceased in August 1989 by her husband of 49 years, Cletus W. Todd; a grandson, Forrest Evan Todd; and her siblings, Robert, Charles, Ralph, Patricia and Nancy. She is survived by her children, Cletus “Pete” (Marcia) Todd of Marysville, Anita (Escom) Pack, Jr. of Marysville, Loyal “Lyn” Todd of Marysville and Barbara (Mark) Spangler of Lancaster; 12 grandchildren Kevin Todd Pack, Lorri Ann (Awais) Khan, Michael (Shannon) Todd, Courtney Webb, Heith (Brittany) Chanley, Ryan (Melinda) Chanley, Jessica Lyn Todd, Sarah Elizabeth (Thomas) English, Melana Ann Todd, Steven (Bobbie Ann) Spangler, Colleen Spangler and Philip Spangler; 11 great grandchildren; three sisters, Virginia Stidam, Helen Dingledine and Vivian Noggle; sisters- and brothers-in-law, Nettie Lowry, Betty Lowry, Violet Lowry and Tom Gary; and many nieces and nephews. The family will hold private services on June 18.
