My heart goes out to Candy and family. I had the honor of working with Michael at the Ohio Department of Taxation for many years. He always had a joke and a smile to offer anyone who came in contact with him. I will never forget when my niece was expecting. He was my backup in case I was out of the building when she went into labor. Sure thing it happened, he rushed her to Riverside, hitting every bump along the way, needless to say he got her there in plenty of time. He was a good man. I am forever grateful. Rest well Michael.
