Mary Radich Stults

Mary Bernadette Radich Stults, age 60, of Delaware, formerly of Columbus, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends.  A devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend, she was a member of Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. She was a 1980 graduate of Bishop Ready High School where she was a standout athlete and played basketball, softball, and volleyball.  Mary was the first woman inductee to the Bishop Ready Athletic Hall of Fame. In 1989, she was a member of the United States Deaf Olympic Basketball team which received a gold medal during the Christchurch, New Zealand Summer Olympics. Mary was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, cherished being with family and friends and was a jokester to all. She especially was fond of her pet dogs and cats. She was born August 3, 1960 in Columbus to the late John and Margaret Page Radich.  She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Kenny, Chuck, and Mike Radich; and a nephew, Joshua Bauder. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, David P. Stults; her daughter, Mara R. Stults of Delaware; her siblings, Jack (Stacey) Radich, Margie (Rick) Campbell, Tim (Karen) Radich, Margarita (Mark) Bauder; mother-in-law, Beverly (Karlis) Ezerins; father-in-law, Leroy (Barb) Stults; brothers-in-law, Larry (Jackie) Stults and Barry (Cherryl) Stults; sister-in-law, Karla (Bill Laurenson) Ezerins; a step-brother-in-law, Chris (Cheryl) McGrew; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2020 at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 473 S Roys Ave, Columbus, OH 43204 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2020.  The Rev. Fr. Patrick Toner will officiate and the burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.  Underwood Funeral Home in Marysville is assisting the family.  A GoFundMe account has been created to assist the family with funeral expenses at gofundme.com.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.underwoodfuneralhome.com.
