June 23, 1955 - May 26, 2014
Marshall Eddie Endicott, 58, of Raymond, died unexpectedly Monday, May 26, 2014. He retired from Honda of America after 22 years as a production associate. He also was a former journeyman/butcher for many grocery stores and meat markets. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed preserving his produce. He loved canning and cooking. An outdoorsman, he worked the land and was an advocate for nature conservation. He was gifted with his hands, as any piece of wood could be transformed into a beautiful piece of furniture. There was no task too big or small as he was a master of all trades. Mostly, he will be remembered by all as a kind, gentle soul who could never say no when somebody needed help. He was born June 23, 1955 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Thomas H. and Wanda Spears Endicott and was also predeceased by his sister, Anna Jean Gobel. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Gloria Y. Taylor Endicott, whom he married March 3, 1981 in Columbus; two sons, Kyle Alexander Endicott and Shawn (Ericka) Endicott, both of Marysville; four grandchildren; his sister, Willie Lou (Sam Bellamy) Endicott of Wilmington; and many other relatives and friends, including his best buddy, Walter Miller of Columbus. The family will hold private services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Ohio Wildlife Center at www. ohiowildlifecenter.org. Underwood Funeral Home is assisting the family.
