Larry Lee Jackson, age 75, of Marysville, formerly of Raymond, died Monday, June 26, 2017 at Bluebird Retirement Community in Marysville. A commercial transport driver for many years, he was a milk truck driver for Nestle’s in Marysville and Sunbury for 28 years. He retired in the mid 1990’s but continued semi-truck driving during his retirement. He attended Northwestern High School in Raymond and was a member of Raymond United Methodist Church. He enjoyed traveling, casino trips and collecting semi-truck memorabilia. He was born September 2, 1941 in Raymond to the late Delbert S. and Annabell McKinney Jackson. He was also preceded in death by his son David. He is survived by his siblings, Sam (Teresa) Jackson of Raymond, Tom (Carolyn) Jackson of Marysville, Brenda (John) Crabtree of Lakeview and Jackie (Rod) Stanford of Dublin; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; cousins Mike and Tim Davidson; and many other relatives. Calling hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Underwood Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Pastor Pam Russell Marshall will officiate and burial will be at Raymond Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Windsor Community Meals, Raymond United Methodist Church, Raymond Fire Dept. or Union County Care Train.
