Obituaries

Kathleen L. Ritchie Jordan, age 75, of Marysville, died Friday, February 12, 2021 at The Ohio State University Medical Center following a short illness. A registered nurse, she worked for over 30 years in the emergency room at Memorial Hospital of Union County. She received her nursing degree from Marion Technical College. She was born February 27, 1945 in Delaware, Ohio to the late Warren and Edna Ritchie.  She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lynn H. Jordan, whom she married August 30, 1964 by Rev. Glenn Althouse at the Marysville Friends Church; her children, Bill (Tonya) Jordan, Terry (Susan) Jordan, Rob Jordan and Rich (Jamie) Jordan; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sisters, Carol Overfield of Marysville and Norma Votaw of Ashley; her brothers-in-law, Wes (Bonnie) Jordan of Powell and Bob (Connie) Jordan of Marysville; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.  At Kathleen’s request, there will be no funeral services.  Underwood Funeral Home assisted the family.
