Rev. Groat, was so sorry to see that Joy died. Always enjoyed way she played piano for so many things but especially when she played for the Windsor Singers that I saw her most. Of course, saw her at many musicals here in town.My prayers are for your family at this trying time. Peggy Henman

I was very saddened to hear of Joy's passing. Always enjoyed my visits with the two of you, whether it be at Krogers or at a restaurant or at Christmas time cookie delivery. Since I know where you are living now--------maybe I can catch up with you in the new year. You and your family have my blessings, thoughts and prayers.

When I lived in Marysville in the 70’s, Jack and Joy were my spiritual family and have continued over the years to be special friends. I feel so fortunate to have spent time with them in their home this past August. They cherished their family and I send to you my thoughts and know God will comfort you. I don’t know of Jacks condition, but if possible, let him know of my love for him, Joy, and all of you. Fifi DeGroot.

Jack and family I hope you know how painful it is for us to receive this news. Jack and Joy are so inseparable in our mind; yet we simply don’t write the script. We believe in our hearts that Joy has found her heavenly JOY and we will all be together again one day in His time. As one completes a life cycle, we celebrate another who, tomorrow, represents the beginning of another; born for the salvation of us all, and life goes on. God Bless, with tears on our cheeks frank and cheryl
