Gerald “Leo” Baldwin, age 78, of Marysville, died peacefully Saturday, December 12, 2015 at his home with his family at his side. He was a procurement quality engineer for Rockwell International in Georgia and was also a former quality engineer for NASA in Houston. A former associate of Boeing International, he traveled the world with his career. An avid NASCAR fan, he also enjoyed country music. He was born March 2, 1937 in Marysville, Ohio to the late Gerald and Josephine Hoover Baldwin. He was also predeceased by a son, Mark Baldwin and a brother, Phillip Baldwin. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Betty N. Huffman Baldwin; his children, Brook A. Baldwin, Marcy Baldwin Myers and Cindy (Jason Ary) Sibila; his grandchildren, Brett Myers, Cody Myers, Morgan Wood, Jayda Sibila, Nicholas Sibila, Addisen Ary, Jorja Ary and Abigail Ary; and many nieces and nephews and other relatives, including his cousin, Gary Giles. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Marysville Elks Lodge No. 1130. A dinner will follow.
