My deepest sympathies to all you. The Westlake family has been pillar in the Marysville area and beyond for years. I knew you through school, 4-H, teaching Derek and Leigh Ann, and my mom, Valeta Durban, who also sends her sympathies. My prayers will continue for all you in the days and weeks ahead.

I am so sorry for your family's loss. I got to know Bud through our mutual service on the Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees. Bud was already on the Board when I joined it, and he was so kind and welcoming! His graciousness, humor and kindness left a big impression on me. Prayers are with you all.

I am saddened to hear of Bud's passing. As you know, he was one of my favorite people. No finer man can be found anywhere. Down to earth, caring, thoughtful, intelligent, and sometimes ornery, are a few of the ways I would describe him. He will be missed by many. May God's blessings & all of our loving prayers be with your entire family during this difficult time.
