E. Martha Kramer, 83, of Marysville, died Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at her home. She was born August 18, 1929 in Greentown, Ohio to the late Samuel and Susan Troyer Miller. She was also predeceased on June 15, 2013 by her husband of 65 years, Leon A. Kramer; six sisters and one brother; and her daughter-in-law, Sandra Kramer. A local realtor for 25 years, she was the first female president of the Union County Board of Realtors. She served on the board of directors for the Union County Chamber of Commerce. A member of Marysville First United Methodist Church, she was also a member of East Naples United Methodist Church in Florida. A 1947 graduate of Plain City High School, she enjoyed golfing, bridge, the Naples pier group and found great joy, especially with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Myron L. (Anne) Kramer of Sunbury; her two daughters, Valerie Kramer of Dayton and Kim (Brad) Sunderland of Marysville; four grandchildren, Ryan Kramer, Ethan (Kacey) Kramer, Bethany (Michael) Blumenschein and Anthony Kramer; two great grandsons, Samuel and Thomas Blumenschein; three sisters-in-law, Rose Gordon, Luella (Bob) Conklin, both of Powell and Sherry Kramer of Ostrander; and many other relatives and devoted friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Underwood Funeral Home where the family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Denise Turpin will officiate and burial will be at Oakdale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Union County Loving Care Hospice or the Marysville First United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
