Me. Phelps was my first grade teacher at Monitor Elementary in 1979/1980. She was the most loving woman to all her students and pushed us to be better and successful. I loved her and as I grew older and would see her on occasion there was always a warm smile and loving embrace. Prayers of peace and comfort to the family of such a beautiful lady. Love you always Me. Phelps!
