Donna Kay Phillips Stephens, age 79, of London, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at The Gables at Green Pastures. A homemaker, she was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and sister. She was a graduate of Monroe High School and also worked as a waitress during her younger years. She enjoyed reading and drawing and painting. She cherished time with her family, especially around the bonfire. She was born June 22, 1935 in Columbus to the late Kay M. and Grace Alford Phillips and also was predeceased by two sons, Mark and Kirk Stephens. She is survived by her children, Brad (Sherri) Stephens of Marysville, Eric Stephens of Florida, Bart (Jodi) Stephens of Raymond, Aaron (Kristina) Stephens of London and Julie (Jacob) Epp of Richwood; grandchildren, Rick (Stacy) Stephens, Misti (Shayne) Pitts, Brandi (Dominic) Stephens Corbin, Josh Stephens, Cody Stephens, Courtney Stephens, Jeremy (Amanda) Stephens, Shaunelle (Jason) Epp, Shane (Lori) Stephens, Todd Stephens, Justin Stephens, Kane Stephens, Christine Stephens, Logan Stephens, Alden Stephens, Contessa Stephens, Dalton Stephens, Gracie Marie Epp; 10 great grandchildren, Cameron, Caleb, Kaydence, Everlee, Ariah, Dominic Jr., Kaylee, Alyssa, Brooklyn, Amir; a brother, Max (Linda) Phillips of Florida and a sister, Patricia “Patsy” (John) Jordan of Plain City; and many nieces and nephews and other relatives, including Tommy, Jay and Dorothy Phillips. The family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Underwood Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Raymond Cemetery.
