October 27, 2022

Christina Lynn Snook Clark, age 47, of Marysville, died peacefully Thursday, October 27, 2022 at her home. A waitress, she was associated with local food service establishments throughout the years. Christina was a 1994 graduate of Marysville High School and attended First Congregational United Church of Christ. She also previously attended The Vineyard Marysville and as a youth, attended at Church of Christ in Christian Union in Raymond. A talented artesian, she enjoyed all types of handicrafts. She loved spending time with her family and close friends and was especially devoted to her beloved daughter, Minna. Among traveling to many destinations, her most favorite place to travel was Maine where she hiked in Acadia National Park, whale watched and ate lots of lobster. She liked reading and watching true crime shows and shows on the paranormal. A “real foodie,” she was known as an excellent cook and loved hosting holiday gatherings with family and friends. She was a big Ohio State Buckeyes fan and was quite fond of amusement parks. Above all, she loved life, had a sharp wit and good sense of humor and fought incredibly hard during her journey with cancer. She was born October 23, 1975 in Bellefontaine, Ohio to the late Robert and Betty Martin Snook. She is survived by her daughter, Minna Clark; her siblings, Jean Williams, Fred (Suzanne) Lockwood, Linda (Kit) Carson, John (Steve Malone) Lockwood, Sharon (Tim) Jones, Sheila (Alan) Hites, Bob Snook, David (Amy) Snook, Julie Snook and Rachel Connolly; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, co-workers and close friends, including her former husband, Gregory Clark. A Celebration of Life memorial gathering will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2022 at First Congregational United Church of Christ. Rev. Seth Stout will officiate.
