Christian Dai William Litzke

Christian Dai William Litzke, age 19, of Plain City, passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 10, 2020. A cherished son, beloved brother and compassionate friend to so many, he was a member of Fairbanks High School Class of 2019 and attended church at Living Hope Marysville. An accomplished athlete, he played soccer and football in high school and as a youngster, played club soccer. He also was an active member of Young Life. Christian was known for his creative and artistic skills, especially drawing, dancing and composing original music. Loved by all, he will be remembered for his contagious smile and his lively and giving spirit. He loved effortlessly with a big heart. He was born December 9, 2000 in Ghana. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill Litzke and Houston and Betty Jo Green. He is survived by his parents, Dave and Mandy Litzke of Plain City; his siblings, Jami, Morgan, Kendal, Maria, Chase, Molly, Megan, Bryce, Kiara, Joy, Sophie, Devon, Paige, DJ, Ally and Noah; his grandmother, Lora Litzke; his aunts, Shelly (Nick) Oehlers, DeDe (Bobby) Forte and Beth (Joe) Donia; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 2:30 to 6 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Living Hope Church Marysville, where a Celebration of Life memorial service will be held following the calling hours. Pastors Jason McDonald and Bob Flint will officiate. Private burial will be held later. Memorial contributions may be made in Christian’s memory to “Hope4EveryChild” in care of Living Hope Marysville Church. Contribution envelopes are available through the funeral home.
