Charlotte Glassburn Draudt, age 84, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Thursday, October 29, 2020 at her home. She was a retired corrections officer and served at The Ohio Reformatory for Women for many years. She enjoyed crocheting and donated much of her handiwork to military service men and women of Union County. She also made infant blankets for local hospitals. A devoted wife and mother and grandmother, she especially cherished spending time with her granddaughters, Alexa and Macie. She will be remembered for her loyalty to friends and family, her spunky attitude and her generous demeanor. She was born August 23, 1936 in Akron, Ohio to the late Elmer and Stella Walls Glassburn. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Ray Harold Draudt and a daughter, Charlinda Kae Draudt. She is survived by her son, Scott (Mary Lynn) Draudt of The Woodlands, Texas; two granddaughters, Alexa and Macie; three sisters, Lila Thiergartner of Florida, Glenda (Mark) Mullaney of Raymond and Sharon (Dave) Sherburne of Marysville; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2020 at Underwood Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Oakdale Cemetery. Rev.
