Charles Bozwell “CB” Still, age 81, of Marysville, died unexpectedly on his birthday, Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Memorial Hospital. He retired from PPG in Delaware where he was a service tech associate for over 30 years. He traveled extensively with the company in the United States and abroad for paint equipment training sessions. Of the Baptist faith, he grew up in Texas and graduated from Overton High School, Overton, Texas. He was a veteran of the United States Army and National Guard. An outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed fishing and small game hunting. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Aladdin Shrine. Above all, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was born March 10, 1938 in Price, Texas to the late Cleve and Donnie Sweeny Still. He was also preceded in death in 2018 by his daughter, Felicia “Gail” Gardner; and by his brothers, Tony, Billy and Ronald Still. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jessie “Nell” Hunt Still, whom he married in June 1957; his son Charles E. “Eddie” (Joni) Still of Marysville; a son-in-law, William “Bill” Gardner of Dayton; his grandchildren, Jessica (Mark) Brown, Cris (Jenny) Gardner, Travis (Jessica) Burrey and Chelsie Still; great-grandchildren, Valerie, Tyler, Gwen, Noah, Drake, Carson, Logan and Kaiden; three sisters-in-law, Rachel Still West, Sue Still and Flora Lofton; a brother-in-law, Ed (Connie) Hunt; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2019 in the Mills Lounge at Marysville First United Methodist Church. Light refreshments will be served. Interment will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Marysville First United Methodist Church.
