Carl W. Fulton, age 91, of Huntsville, died Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at The Ohio State University Medical Center. A retired educator, he taught science at Columbus West High School and Starling Middle School. He was a graduate of Richwood High School and received a master’s degree from The Ohio State University. He was a skilled bowler and participated in many bowling leagues and was an avid fisherman and gardener. A veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a former member of the Marysville Elks Lodge No. 1130. He and his wife enjoyed Indian Lake and the Homosassa, Florida area. He was born April 21, 1930 in Marion and was preceded in death by a daughter, Suzanne. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Betty “BJ” Compton Fulton; two loving daughters, Carla (John) Cullman and Lynn England; his grandchildren, Tara Shingleton, Nicholas England, Alexander England, Crystal Clemans, Ryan Luke, Alexandra Fulton, Audra Kramer, Dillyn Kramer, Derrick Kramer; 12 great grandchildren; and his beloved canine companion, “Hootie.” At Carl’s request, there will be no funeral services.
