She will be remembered for her heart of kindness, a keen ability to make others laugh and her creativity in cooking and thriftiness.  She was born January 10, 1934 in Dover Township to the late Ray and Alice Moseley Jewell. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Bryan Freeman Yoder; her brother, Ross Jewell; her sister, Rhoda Rogers; a niece, Lori Rogers Rodman; and a son-in-law, Gerald “Jerry” Strauss. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 68 years, James L. “Jim” Hall, whom she married June 22, 1952; her children, Steve (Karen) Hall of Dublin, Susie Strauss of Worthington and Sandy (Roger) Yoder of Bluffton, South Carolina; her grandchildren, Jason (Krista) Hall, Michael (Danielle) Hall, Jerry Strauss, Victoria Strauss, Jenna (Dan) Keane, Travis (Meghan) Yoder; her great-grandchildren, Riley, Olivia, Logan, Hudson, Parker, Rowan, Schuyler and Teddy; her sister, Linda (Robert) Baker;  and several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
