Barbara Sue Black Gray, age 62, of Marysville, died Saturday, February 14, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. A homemaker, she enjoyed shopping, flea marketing, all kinds of jewelry and spending time with her family. She was born July 23, 1952 in Dayton to the late Rev. Paul and Helen DeBolt Black and was also preceded in death by two brothers, John “Woody” Black and Ronald Black; a sister, Sheila Vagedes; and a great grandson, Braeden Gilmore. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Robert C. Gray, Sr., whom she married October 27, 1975; four children, Renee (Bruce) Lamb of Milford Center, Jackie Shoopman of Dayton, Robert Gray, Jr. of Richwood and Jeremy (Monica) Gray of Winchester; 11 grandchildren, Ashley, Bruce, Jessica, Micah, Dillon, Devon, Desiree, Jordan, Melanie, Holden, Christian; a great granddaughter, Lakyn; four sisters, Brenda (Eddie) Brown, Cheryl Coterel, Connie (Ron) Gaines, Rebecca (Doug) Brooks; a brother Michael Black; and many nieces and nephews and other relatives. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Running For My Life Ministries, 122 North Court St. Pastors Keith and Theresa Roshon will officiate. Underwood Funeral Home is assisting the family.
